Calvin has been involved in direct youth ministry since 2002, including 2 years as a volunteer youth pastor, 2 years as a church board member, and on staff with YFC since 2006. Elisa has been a junior youth leader for nearly 4 years. Top Parents' QuestionsQ. What is the policy regarding drug and alcohol use at meetings and events? None will be tolerated while a person is at an event or meeting. If recent drug or alcohol use is suspected while a youth is at Station X, that youth will be approached and questioned and and may be asked to come back next week, sober and clean. Top Q. How are disturbances at Station X handled? Q. If my teen is feeling harassed or bullied in the meetings, how do you address that? |
